2. Tea for Fat-Burning
Research suggest that those who drink tea (black, green, or white, as long as it is from real tea leaves versus commercially processed herbal tea), have a lower BMI (Body Mass Index) and less body fat than those who don't consume tea.  Don't forget...eating sensibly and exercising along with tea drinking will help you achieve results.
3. Cayenne:  Feeling Hot, Hot Hot!
Eating cayane pepper has been know to increase fat burning in the body.
4. Got Fruit?
Eat more fruit!  Most people do not gain weight from eating more fruits.
