Decrease or eliminate processed carbs. They do nothing for you, except create an environment for gaining fat!
6. Veggie....Veggie...Veggie!
Eat more veggies. They fill you up, without providing many calories. Just avoid high-calorie dressings.
Use weights in your workout to build more muscle, and burn more calories.
Do full body exercises, like squats, for a better workout.
Start your meal with a salad and you will eat less calories.
10. Water your MEALS and EAT LESS
Drink water (about two cups) before each meal and you'll be more full and eat less and lose weight!
Add beans to your salad for additional fiber, protein and healthy carbs.
Replace one meal a day with a large salad and lean protein.
There's no better way to track what you're putting in your mouth, than keeping a Food Journal. Sometimes eating becomes so automatic, but the journal will open your eyes to what's going in our mouth!

All calories count, whether they're liquid or solid. Eliminate high-calorie sugary DRINKS!!
15. EAT GRADUALLY LESS FROM AM TO PM
Eat the bulk of your meals in the a.m., then eat progressively less throughout the day.
